Hey guys I've created a traktor3 to traktor2 mapping using the Makestricks thread here . This means it's a mouse & keyboard mapping, and not a traktor3 to traktor3 mapping. It's a traktor2 to traktor3 mapping. You will need the traktor 2.30 update for Mac which is downloadable through the traktor website.
Hey mates, I'm super happy to share with you guys that I've got a working traktor2 to traktor3 mapping file for M-DJ. I've been working hard to get this done and got to my current result after two weeks of coding and testing (more or less). It is probably the best file you can get on the internet. It is also workable for M-DJ 2.30, you will have to use the Q4MK5 file with the 2.30 version of traktor. It will work with all three versions of traktor (2.x, 3.x and 3.1/3.2), however I haven't tested it on the third version yet (3.1 and 3.2).
It's a zip archive that you can download and open in winRAR/7-Zip/WinZip with Mac/Win32. You'll find the archive with two folders inside: decks-for-traktor-3-xxx, where XXX is a version of traktor (in my case it's 2.30). Most of the files you'll find in there are.txt files. They are the original files I used to map the controls. The zip archive has a README.txt file with more information for you. Please note that it is in spanish, so you'll have to look for the English version or use Google to translate it. It's a rar file and you need to have the WinRAR application to open it. Once you have the rar file unzipped, you'll have two folders. The MK4DECKS_2_30 folder (This is for the Mac OS X version) and the MK4DECKS_3_1_1_2 folder (This is for the Windows version).
There is a DVD that comes with traktor Pro 3. It has a Mac OS X version on it that will open MK4DECKS_2_30.zip. On the DVD, you can find many mapping files for both the Mac and Windows version of traktor. I have tried mapping the Mac OS X version to the windows version and vice-versa, but they don't work. I will look into it some more and see what I can find.

One of the drawbacks to this approach was that we needed to recompile every time we made even a small change to the code. This slowed everything else we were doing down and because we couldn't always have someone waiting for the application to finish building. 827ec27edc
